RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We strive hard to provide you with the absolute best in quality, but we understand that sometimes there might be issues with the product that leave you dissatisfied. Our returns policy laid out below is designed to address such situations.


Damaged / Defective Product

In case the packaging or the product was defective or damaged, please raise the issue with us at customercare@theserenemoments.com.
Subject to verification, we will arrange a pickup and replace the order with another product of your choice, or provide equivalent credits in your account for a future purchase.


Incorrect Product / Quantity Shipped

If we have shipped the wrong product or an incorrect quantity, please inform us at customercare@theserenemoments.com, and we will replace it with the correct product right away.
Please allow us up to 7 days to arrange and complete the replacements.


Refunds

Please note that cancellations have to be made within a maximum 24 hours of placing an order. Send us an email to customercare@theserenemoments.com specifying the Order Number within 24 hours of placing your order. However, cancellation of an order will not be accepted if the order has been processed. For cancelling your order, a cancellation fee of 10% on the invoice value will be charged and the balance amount will be refunded. The customer agrees that the company’s decision is final in accepting or denying the cancellation request.

In the event that your order is cancelled or refused, you shall receive an email confirmation stating same. Additionally, if your order is refused or cancelled following payment, reimbursement will be done within 10 working days. Please note that sale of discounted items are non returnable and non refundable.

How do you refund my money?

Once the order is cancelled, The Serene Moments will process the refund based on your choice mode of refund.

In this case, the money will be debited back to your account. This typically takes about 7-10 working days.
